Strength & Conditioning Coach

BACKGROUND

Prathamesh combines strength and conditioning, athletic performance, and movement training with a calm, evidence based coaching style. He has worked across football academies, personal training, yoga, and performance environments, helping people improve strength, movement quality, fitness, and long term health. His approach is built around understanding the individual first, then creating training that is realistic, sustainable, and adapted to their goals.

Alongside his coaching work, Prathamesh completed an MSc in Applied Strength and Conditioning Science at St Mary’s University and has worked with athletes, general population clients, and youth development programmes across a wide range of settings.

He believes physical and mental health are closely connected, and that good coaching should improve not just performance in the gym, but quality of life outside of it as well. His sessions combine structure, attention to detail, and adaptability, whether someone is training for sport, returning from injury, or simply wanting to feel stronger and move better.

MY MISSION

To help people build strength, confidence, and resilience through intelligent training that supports both physical and mental wellbeing. The goal is not short term intensity, but long term progress that people can sustain and carry into everyday life.
