Strength & Conditioning Coach

BACKGROUND

Ryan is a Strength and Conditioning Coach with experience across youth development, team sport and general population training.

He holds a degree in Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage from Cardiff Metropolitan University and is currently undertaking his UKSCA Level 4 Strength and Conditioning qualification.

Ryan has worked within professional and academy sport through his internship at Gloucestershire County Cricket Club, supporting the delivery of strength and conditioning for both senior and youth athletes.

Alongside this, he has coached across school, university and club environments, delivering structured S&C sessions for rugby players and wider athletic populations. His experience also includes working in commercial gym settings and delivering adapted training for children with physical disabilities.

Ryan’s approach focuses on building strength, improving movement quality and developing long-term physical capacity through consistent, well-structured training.

Ryan’s coaching focuses on developing strength, movement quality and long term physical capacity through structured, progressive training. He works across a range of abilities, from youth athletes to general population clients, applying clear coaching, adaptable programming and consistent standards to support sustainable performance and development.
