BACKGROUND

Daniel graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in Sport and Exercise science, and has since worked in a variety of settings. He has extensive experience in the fitness industry, education and elite performance. He worked as an intern with high performance athletes at University of East London and now oversees the national and regional squads at Chelsea and Westminster Swim Club, whilst also working as a personal trainer. He has recently completed a master’s degree with distinction in Strength and Conditioning at St Mary’s University and has a keen focus on young athlete development.

MY MISSION

Daniel’s mission is to share the benefits of resistance training to people of all ages and to show that it is fun, safe and highly effective training method to improve sports performance, reduce risk of injury and promote lifelong health and quality of life
