Online programming costs £300–£350, depending on the number of sessions. This includes a 6-8 week programme with all sets, reps, load, and video guidance. At our Battersea location, an online monthly membership is available at £250/month which includes programming via our app, a weekly check-in call, and two-way messaging (minimum 3-month commitment).
Following an assessment and consultation, your coach creates a specific training programme via our app. You’ll have a 6-8 week programme with all sets, reps, load, and video guidance. The app also integrates with Fitbit, MyFitnessPal, and the Health app to automatically collect lifestyle data. There’s also a messenger feature on the platform.

Yes — that’s our hybrid training model, which combines online programming with face-to-face sessions at either gym location. It’s our most popular option.
