We combine an initial assessment and advice to tailor a bespoke training solution to your needs. Using our app we can track your exercise levels, sleep, nutrition and weight automatically.
We also have the ability to build you a training program to implement outside of our training sessions, that has instructional videos for each exercise and a chat feature to message with any concerns or positive session feedback. We have a package to suit you!

Hybrid training combines in-person personal training sessions with online programming accessed via our app. It’s our most popular option — most clients follow an online programme combined with in-person sessions during the week.

Pricing depends on the balance of in-person and online sessions. It’s usually discounted compared to standalone online programming. At our Battersea Park location, hybrid monthly memberships start from £300/month (includes 2 PT sessions/month plus a custom online programme) or £450/month (includes 1 PT session/week plus a custom online programme). Yes, hybrid training is available at both Wimbledon Park and Battersea Park.
