Do I need to be fit to start personal training?
Not at all. We work with three broad client types: Lifestyle clients (city professionals, business owners, CEOs, and mums who want high-performance coaching); Rehabilitation clients (stage 2 rehab, goal-focused, across a vast age range); and Performance clients (sport-specific training for footballers, hockey, rugby, runners, and road cyclists). Every programme is fully tailored to your current level and goals.
How long are personal training sessions?
Sessions are either 45 or 60 minutes, including warm-up and cool-down. The session structure is very individual-specific depending on your goals and training frequency, and may include conditioning as part of the session.
