Every Saturday, challenge yourself in ‘Match Day’ Showdown classes, where you can achieve personal bests in a fun, supportive environment. On Sundays, recharge with our recovery sessions to prepare for the week ahead.
You’ll also experience our ‘Strengthlab combine day’ for physical assessments and a retest after 6 weeks, plus access to in-house nutritionist support.

STRENGTH Session A & Session B
As part of our 6-week training series, Session A and Session B are designed to help you track your progress, build strength, and achieve lasting results. Members record their lifts on site each week, ensuring measurable improvements and structured progression. Session A (Mondays & Tuesdays) builds a strong foundation with key lifts, while Session B (Wednesdays & Thursdays) complements it with balance, endurance, and power-focused training. With five sessions per day, these are our most popular classes, giving you consistency, accountability, and variety.
Each class combines barbell lifts, free weights, and bodyweight exercises for a complete full-body workout. Guided by expert coaches, you’ll target every major muscle group with movements such as squats, deadlifts, and dynamic free-weight training, ensuring both challenge and progression. Suitable for all fitness levels, our strength training sessions help you increase muscle tone, improve performance, and unlock your full potential in a supportive, results-driven environment.
Strength Session C
Session C completes your weekly strength training cycle, combining key elements from Session A and Session B into one balanced, full-body workout. This session is designed to build power, endurance, and stability through carefully programmed progressions across all major movement patterns. By training the complete spectrum of strength, you’ll gain the consistency, variety, and challenge needed to achieve results on a structured three-day training program. Perfect for anyone committed to improving performance, preventing injury, and unlocking long-term progress in their fitness journey.
Recharge
Recharge and rejuvenate every Sunday with our dedicated recovery sessions. Begin with a calming yoga class designed to improve flexibility, release tension, and restore balance. Our Sunday recovery day is the perfect way to replenish your energy, celebrate your week’s hard work, and prepare your body and mind for the days ahead.
