What do group classes at Strength Lab LDN involve?
Our group classes are coach-led strength and conditioning sessions. They include barbell work, free weights, and bodyweight exercises targeting every major muscle group.
No. Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels. The coaches will guide you through each session.
A single drop-in costs £30. A 10-class pack costs £240 (3-month expiry) and a 20-class pack costs £400 (6-month expiry). We also offer a Small Group Personal Training Monthly Membership at £240/month which gives unlimited access to all sessions. All pricing is for our Battersea Park location.

Yes. On Sundays we run recovery sessions including yoga and sound therapy.
