Our process starts with an initial assessment and consultation. From there, we plan to tailor our programming to your goals.

This includes understanding your sleep quality, training experience, injury history, and identifying areas where you may need additional support outside of training sessions.

The Wimbledon Park studio is equipped with 2 squat racks, a ski erg and assault bike, barbell selection (male and female bars), plates up to 300kg, dumbbells up to 30kg, kettlebells up to 28kg, and TRX + bands.

Wimbledon Park is a small private studio of 300 sq ft, fully indoors. It offers a quiet, focused training environment ideal for 1-to-1 coaching.
