Cat is a qualified yoga teacher who has trained at The House of Yoga in Power Vinyasa.
During her training she studied the physical poses and asanas of Yoga but a core focus was on the philosophy and mental aspect of the practice.
She is passionate about integrating mindfulness and connection into her students classes to create a strong body and mind.
