BACKGROUND

I have been practicing yoga for 8 years and have a deep gratitude for everything it has taught me about day to day life. I completed my 200 hour vinyasa yoga training in 2021 and have been teaching ever since. I teach an all levels vinyasa practice and aim to teach a strong but slow flow which has a little something for everyone.

MY MISSION

My mission is to make yoga accessible and inclusive for all. I want to help people learn how to practice yoga as part of a varied training regime. There is a place for yoga in everyone’s life, it is just about finding how to make it work for all.
