BACKGROUND
Sam is a passionate Strength & Conditioning coach qualified in Exercise Science, who helps individuals unleash their inner athlete and become the best versions of themselves. As a competitive powerlifter, his journey began with a drive to push his own limits, resulting in personal bests of a 235kg squat, 175kg bench press, and 290kg deadlift. Now, he uses his experience and knowledge to guide others on a similar path of empowerment. While his personal passion lies in the sport of powerlifting, his diverse skillset allows him to coach you to success no matter what your fitness journey entails. More than just lifting weights, his approach focuses on crafting personalized programs that align with your unique needs, goals, and preferences.
