Sam Davis is a coach with a huge passion for performance, resilience, and long-term well-being. Holding a BSc in Strength and Conditioning Science, Sam combines evidence-based training methods with a holistic approach to help clients and athletes reach their true potential.
With a proven track record in guiding individuals towards strength gains, improved conditioning, and sustainable weight loss, Sam balances his time between elite sports performance and private clients. His attention to detail and client-first philosophy remain the same across every session.
Sam’s background in Rugby Union, playing both in the UK and Australia, shaped his perspective on performance. After sustaining a significant neck injury, he was forced to retire from the sport he dedicated years to at the highest level. This personal journey of recovery has fueled his passion for helping others overcome challenges, rebuild confidence, and improve quality of life.
As a Strength and Conditioning Coach at StrengthLab LDN (Battersea & Wimbledon), Sam brings the full package: scientific knowledge, lived experience, and the ability to deliver first-class training that changes lives. His story of resilience is a key part of what has put StrengthLab LDN on the map.
