BLOCK Purchase
In terms of pricing for our 1-2-1 Personal training sessions, we have block options or a monthly direct debit options.
Our most popular option is the Hybrid training option. This is where clients will utilise in-person personal training sessions with a combination of solo training at their own commercial gym or when travelling. However, all your training is programmed by your coach and accessed via our app, where you’ll be able to log lifts and keep making progress wherever you’re in the world.
We provide blocks of 5, 10, and 20 sessions that cost as follows:
Monthly Format
We agree on a number of sessions weekly/monthly and schedule the monthly direct debit would be pre-paid each month for a 3 month commitment period.
This is a perfect option for managing personal finances but still very eager to commit to training.
All invoices are paid electronically and have payment options or credit & debit cards, PayPal, direct debit, and bank transfer.
The only other thing to note is a 24-hour cancellation policy for sessions. We can accommodate and reschedule outside of that 24 hours but otherwise, the session would be charged for.
