In terms of pricing for our 1-2-1 Personal training sessions, we have block options or a monthly direct debit options.
Our most popular option is the Hybrid training option. This is where clients will utilise in-person personal training sessions with a combination of solo training at their own commercial gym or when travelling. However, all your training is programmed by your coach and accessed via our app, where you’ll be able to log lifts and keep making progress wherever you’re in the world.
We provide blocks of 5, 10, and 20 sessions that cost as follows:
Following an assessment session and consultation we can create a specific training program via our app. Here you will have a 6-8 week program uploaded with all sets,reps, load and video help to guide you through your sessions. This app also integrates with fitbit, myfitness pal and the health app to automatically collect lifestyle data to help us keep in the loop. There are more features such as messenger on the platform.
Most clients follow an online program combined with in-person sessions in the week and it’s our most effective tool to fast track towards each person’s goals.
