SMall GROUP Strength Training
Session A
Session A begins your weekly strength training cycle with one clear strength focus. Each six-week block centres on a principal lift or movement pattern such as the squat, deadlift or bench press supported by carefully selected exercises that help you build strength and improve movement quality.
Your coach will guide your technique, help you choose an appropriate training load and progress the session as your confidence and ability develop. Session A is delivered through professionally coached small group strength training in Battersea and is available on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Session B
Session B develops the next key strength focus in your weekly programme. The session centres on a different principal lift or movement pattern from Session A such as the squat, deadlift, bench press or overhead press supported by accessory exercises that build strength, control and confidence.
Your coach will refine your technique, adjust exercises where needed and help you progress the load safely across the six-week block. Session B is delivered through professionally coached small group strength training in Battersea and is available on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Session C
Session C completes your weekly strength training cycle by bringing together the key qualities developed in Sessions A and B. Depending on the six-week block, the session may focus on a principal lift, full-body strength or a specific performance outcome such as power, explosiveness or work capacity.
Your coach will guide your technique, manage the training intensity and help you apply what you have developed across the week. Session C is delivered through professionally coached small group strength training in Battersea and is available on Fridays and Saturdays.
Sunday Floor Pilates
Sunday Floor Pilates is a session designed to support the strength work completed during the 6 Week Series. This mat-based class develops controlled movement, mobility, breathing and trunk stability, qualities that carry across into Sessions A, B and C.
Available on Sundays only, the session provides a lower-load opportunity to move, reset and prepare for the next training week. It complements the programme by supporting movement quality and body control, while progressive strength training remains the central focus of the 6 Week Series.
