What kind of gym it is

Strength Lab isn’t an open gym where you swipe in and train alone. Every session is coached by an S&C coach, either 1-to-1 or in a small group of up to 9 people.

That means no queuing for racks, no guessing what to do next, and a programme that moves you forward each week. If you want a big commercial gym with a pool, we’re not that. If you want to get stronger with proper coaching, we are.
